Requirement.... A Live Wallpaper that will play mp4 videos that will be included in the download (upto 10 videos). Videos can be selected by the user and will display as loopable live wallpapers. The Live Wallpaper will need the following settings. 1) Video Selection - List of video names (and small thumbnails, if possible) 2) Random button - Selects a new video each time the phone is switched on. 3) Ability to enable/disable AdMob (or similar) in different video packages (paid/free). The project will need to be coded in a way that will allow us to create more live wallpapers with new video package. A help file with instructions on how to create new live wallpapers is essential. We can help with any design elements needed in the interface. Please do not bid unless you fully understand, and can create, what we need. If your bid seems like copy and paste text, it will be ignored. We have already wasted 2 weeks giving the project to someone who said they could do this and failed.
