Write an Android application

I have an accounting website which is written in PHP OOP (object oriented programming). I would like to create an app for administrators and customers of my company. The app should do the following. ( FOR ADMINISTRATORS ) 1. The app must have a login panel and must be able to remember the credentials. 2. The app must be able to retrieve information from the database and display them on the screen. I do not want a WEBVIEW, The informations should be CUSTOMER INFORMATION/INVOICES/TICKET INFORMATION. 3. I should be able to create customers/invoices/tickets. 4. I should have a panel to SIGN my invoices 5. I should be able to search , In the invoice page, i should be able to search for invoice, same goes to ticket and invoices. 6. When the app loads , i need my company logo to appear. an animation would be good. 7. Based on the login, the app should appear a welcome message on the user. For example, if i login as john@*****.com, it should say Hello John, and go to the top. 8. The app has to be NATIVE. an app by its own and not a webview. 9. I would prefer to have the main menu with icons for individual pages. For customers who login, The should be able to do the following 1. View the information 2. View their invoices 3. Add/Edit/Create/view support tickets 4. Register their invoices Only serious app designers/programmers should apply.
