Write an iPhone application

For this loyalty program, there will be two applications; one for the customers and the other for the merchant in apple, android and other platforms. There would also be an administrator web application which can manage payment methods, database etc. Customer: The customer can download from any platforms but at the moment we can focus on apple (ios) and android. Features on the customer’s application: 1. The customer can sign in via by email address or face-book. (Required for the first time) 2. Should have a map to show the places from the current location. (Google Maps can be used). 3. Should show the address and any more details of the retailer. 4. Should have the check in features where the customer can check in manually. 5. Once the customer checks in, a notification has to come at the customer mobile with a welcome message. 6. The loyalty scheme of the retailer has to be shown on the customer application which can be a punch system/ point base system or any other as per the specification of the retailers. 7. There has to be feature where the customer can redeem the offer. 8. Notification as send by the retailer has to appear on the customer mobile from the application itself. 9. There has to be a book a table feature where the customer can book a table through that app. 10. Can login through Face book / email address or by any name. Retailer: The retailer should have a web based as well as mob/ipad app which can be downloaded in any platforms but at the moment it can be apple (IOS) and android or should be able to be downloaded in the computer as well. Retailer application features: There should be a dash board which should act as an administrative tool for the retailer. The Dash board should have these features • Feature to edit business information. • Manage loyalty programs as per their need and specification. 1. Punch card: e.g. If a customer has customer for 5 times the 6th one is free which the retailers can do it in his system as per their wishes. 2. Point based system: If a customer has a certain amount of worth of food he gets a certain amount of points. e.g if the customer get 100 points then he gets free lunch dinner which is again at the discretion of the customer. 3. Manage slow hours ( He can promote his business during the slow hours ) 4. Manage facebook check in .Eg if a person check in on face book and shares with others they get certain amount of incentives. • An Analytical tool which analysis the customer trends in terms of their visit, spending, gender, age, rush hours, slow hours etc. • Send messaging services to the individual customer. • Manage book a table. Company : The company should have a web-based application which manages all the accounts of the retailers with regards to payment, activities and all other details and manage the accounts of the resellers.
