small Iphone app development with access to phone directory

Hi, i need someone to help me develop a small app for iphone. The app is very basic but involves entering the contact list of the phone (with the authorization of the phone owner of course). I will tell more about the app once i receive your offers. Also, the developer needs to get the app approved by Apple and on the Apple appstore, ready to sell.
