technical consultant for iOS core graphics, quartz 2 project

We need some help setting up and revising a simple iOS project. we would like to hire a consultant to assist with questions we have while working with frameworks in Xcode 4. We would want to work over Skype chat with someone who is very patient and friendly, knowledgeable, and has a great command of English. We can pay by the hour. Not sure how much time we need, but perhaps 2 hours a day for one to three weeks. 10 - 30 hours. The project involves importing images. Layering graphics on the images. Using blend modes. I think the skills are in the area of core graphics, quartz 2D area.
