A very basic app

I am a developer myself. However, I got busy with a numerous projects other than those shown on my profile, And I would like to hire an equally good coder to help me out. You should have a high speed internet access, a fast computer/laptop, and must be available for communication for most of the time. I need a very basic Wheel-of-Fortune iPad app that a restaurant will use for its customers. The customer have to his information in order to turn the wheel. Also, the restaurant should be able to enter the items on the wheel. A very simple project. Make something quickly (not necessarily the entire project) and upload the video so I can decide if I want to hire you. If I do hire you, I will let you know my intentions, but I will pay in full only when the project is complete.
