App:
Must be able to dial/make outgoing calls to companies for you then dial you back with incoming call when someone from company is on the line

App Set-up, Settings and Main Features:
(THIS IS A MUST!)
- google keyboard set-up but guide through call settings and selecting hold waiting on

- app is removed from home screen once set-up is completed
- add hold waiting on/off tab to device>personalization>call settings>additional settings

- shows estimated wait times for each department that company adds to its phone directory
- companies able to upload main logo for displaying on screen during call waiting period and incoming call backs.
User Experience from Contacts:
Hold Waiting on/off Button or Call Settings:
User select hold waiting on/off from device>personalization>call settings or quick setting notification panel button. Once hold waiting is on and user searches for company by name from contacts (companies will only display when searched, so it's not spammy to users already existing contacts), auto populate the name of company while user is typing it in, once company name is found the company profile information will show company name, logo, address (if applicable), hours of operation (if applicable), customer service department directories and estimated wait times for each department. User selects specified department to call by pressing green phone icon. Dialing in progress with circular syncing symbol will be shown next to green phone icon afterwards. Anytime users goes to company profile from contacts screen, show estimated wait time with clock symbol will be shown next to green phone icon. If user press show estimated wait time they will be redirected to the main dialing screen, where company logo will be displayed with diminishing estimated wait times shown at bottom of the screen (no dialing in progress). User can press the home or back button to go back to company contacts profile. At anytime user will have the option to cancel call by pressing the red phone icon next to company name, cancel call will be shown next to red phone icon. Finally user will get incoming call when someone is on the line and able to assist them from user specified company department, displaying company logo on phone screen during incoming calls.

* If user tries to call two departments from the same company error message will pop-up.
User Experience from dialing pad
Hold Waiting on/off Button or Call Settings:
User select hold waiting on/off from device>personalization>call settings or quick setting notification panel button. Once hold waiting is on and user starts dialing company number from device dial pad, the app phonebook database will automatically recognize numbers saved/stored to the companies directories and auto populate the rest of the number and show a scrollable list of the other departments within the company with estimated wait times besides each department. After user place call anytime user goes back to dail pad and search company name they will see show estimated wait time under company name. If user press show estimated wait time they will be redirected to the main dialing screen, where real time company advertisements or graphical displays will be displayed with diminishing estimated wait times shown at bottom of the screen (no dialing in progress). User can press the home or back button to go back to dial pad with company contact still shown. At anytime user will have the option to cancel call in dial pad by pressing the red phone icon next to company name, cancel call will be shown next to red phone icon. Finally user will get incoming call when someone is on the line and able to assist them from user specified company department, displaying company logo on phone screen during incoming calls.

Businesses Sign-up:
- sign-up with open API that has a paywall with two options pay per advertisement view or monthly subscription based on call volume. Companies must sign-up with name of company name, logo, email (if applicable) business address (if applicable), hours of operation (if applicable), customer service department directory phone numbers and companies logo uploaded to display on screen during call waiting period and incoming call backs.
(companies chooses the titles of department directories i.e billing, technical support, troubleshoot a problem).
