Fix My App

I have an app already on iOS for the iPad. However, we are having a problem with the hosting. We paid the company that programmed the app [login to view URL] for 10 years of hosting. However, now when we try to access the app we get this error: [login to view URL] We have emailed them over and over and gotten no response. Now we just need a professional developer to get our app back up and running. And we need to have control of the hosting, we can never have this issue happen again.
