I need an app that will use english mp3 files, foreign language mp3 files, csv files that contain translations , and make a flashcard app that will display the foreign word and play the audio, then user taps the card , and it flips and shows the other side and plays the other mp3. Then user can swipe left or right and go to the next card. The dropdown menu at the top will show the list of available lessons. The app will automatically connect to the server and download any new lessons or mp3 files in the data folder. the free app gives the user access to 3 chapters. The paid app allows user to access all chapters (around 20 or so) You have to design the UI, it should look professional and simple. I will provide rough diagrams. Budget is $250. See attached PDF.
