GPS based tracking by using Android Mobile to display tracking at MAP

GPS Tracking software, GPS based tracking by using Android Mobile to display tracking at MAP,The map generated should contain the 1:10000 scale. The software should be for web based application and accessible through the Internet from anywhere. It should provide live tracking, history tracking and replay tracking Total Distance travelled, distance travelled, Real time, time taken during a trip, Speed, deviation should be a part of map. Over Speed alerts on the web application. Location accuracy of + or – 5 meters. The GPS coordinates and the vulnerable points will be provided by us. The route undertaken should be shown on the map. View and track Personnel by place of origin wise or destination wise. The following reports are to be generated: (i) Trace report (ii) Distance report (iii) Performance report (iv) Work load report (v) Geo fence report (vi) Summary report (vii) Attendance report Index report for all locations and a summary report. Customization for generating email alert for index report on daily and weekly basis. ------- Android Based GPS handheld trackers : The device should be GPS, GSM & Android based mobile devices. The device shall be GPS, GSM & Android based mobile devices The device should receive the GPS data and send the data via GSM (Global System for Mobile) /GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) wireless network to the web application. If no wireless coverage is present, the GPS data is stored and sent to the web application on availability of the wireless network. The GPS data is to be recorded and validated till it is sent & stored in a secure database by the web application. REMOTE CONFIGURATION: Device Configuration by SMS and from PC. Device shall work in sleep, Logging and Alarm mode. GPS data storage at every predefined time (1 min Onwards) irrespective of GSM Signal/Internet is available or not. GPS time out of 15 sec to save battery in case GPS data not received. If no GPS data available then cell id based location to be stored. Data sending immediately to Server in JSON/XML format Data sending only once. If range is available or range is received after some time. No duplication of records even if application or mobile is restarted. Application to run on Android OS 2.3 onwards Following Minimum data are expected from application: Battery %, Longitude, Latitude, Altitude, Speed, IMEI Number, GPS Date Time, Direction, Data Source, Data Type Data Source = 0 – GPS, 1 – Cell ID, 2 – Unknown. Auto application starts & hides at every boot up of mobile. Password Protection to be given so that application cannot be removed by unauthorized person.
