I need an Android/apple app. I would like it designed and built. app must be able to recognize when a particular phone number calls and then be able to send out a notification to another person(s) that they are next. a group of 10 to 20 will be in the app. each person is waiting for a call from the same person that in not part of the 10 to 20. if number 1 gets a call number 2 needs to be warned that they will next and so on. more details to the persons that have the skills to do this.
