We have developed already and application. The requires for this project is integrate a Live Gesture sharing (simillar to a collaborative withboard) the project is based on javascript/ionic. We Require an interface where the user can draw a line in their phone and the other user can see it with a nice "fade/show" animations. Attached the screenshot.
