We have a modified stock Android ROM (added barcode reader driver), that got from device manufacturer. We need some modifications that will suits our needings. And also you will document the steps and teach us for buiding ROMs at a later time. This modifications will be made to ROM - Phone call ability will be disabled, but 3G ability will remain. User will be able to use 3G, but will not be able to make a phone call. User will not be able to make a phone call, even he installs a dialer software. - Screen resolution, startup logo will be changed, and some settings will be made.
