I have a small-scale educational project on public deliberation and would like to run it through an independent Moodle site. The courses are at the design stage and I would like to explore custom possibilities in Moodle, particularly a number of plugins. Here is the overview of the services that i need at this stage: 1. Install Moodle on a Bluehost site 2. Help me select a custom Theme 3. Help with designing and customizing the home page and dashboard (color, number of sections, size of sections, visible blocks) 4. Help with selecting and installing plugins (social networking on the site; chat)
