MYSQL PHPmyadmin help wanted

This is a very small project I need help for my website clicktogain.com. The job is to help me create accounts using the Database(eg not through the site) and to help me edit things like the homepage, and to slighlty alter a page and to add another. It is to generally tidy up little things. There is very little scriping to do, its just doing things I want changed. The site is already up and running, I have previously bought it and need a little help. This shouldnt take very long, however I am not overly Clued up with MYsql so you need to explain what you have done/doing without technical Jargon
