Would like to have a freelancer who could build me a website : In reference to House Owner(Owner Dashboard): Can register and list their property. Can see how many tenants are living in their house. Can see whether they have paid there monthly rent. Can add, modify or delete his/her property. Can add any subscription as provided by the website. In reference to Student ( Dashboard): Can check out the properties based on his preferred location and city. Can book the room Can pay the monthly rent. Profile for the user. referral code. Also, the website will have some suggested items to add while checkout (items can be anything). Adding to this in the homepage of the website contain a seprate section where any student can upload any things to sell and other person can bid for that thing.
