Finish database setup in PHPmyADMIN

I have a new database I have setup in PhPmyADMIN. I have a backup file from an old database saved in excel and csv format. In the new database I have created the fields to duplicate the old database but not sure I have done so correctly. You will have no access to the old database, just the exported data file I have. I need you to edit the new database if necessary. You must also insure that I can import data directly. On the old database i was able to select import and append data. You must make sure that the imports do not duplicate records if they are already in the database. I have the first field setup as "ID" as a INT and auto_increment. If i try to import a CSV file i am getting errors. There are other projects needed but am starting out with this one. After this is completed i will discuss the next requirement and see if you are able to complete. if yes then we can increase the budget per our agreement. If you are a phpmyadmin professional this first part should be very quick for you. I need to get this done today or by tomorrow at the latest.
