I have an urgent requirement to scrape data from Social media (Twitter, FB and other Social Sites) and blogs on a real time basis. This can be done by adding a Social Media Plugin on the website. Give the keywords and start tracking and extracting data on a live basis. The tool should also bifurcate the comments as positive, negative or neutral comments based on keywords and give me simple reports.
