Enhance the attached C# web app solution to call a web service and display different drop downs based on the selected value in the first drop down box. See attached doc. Only bid if you can deliver a prototype within 48 hours (doe not have to be 100% working). Do not bid too high - this is a simple enough project for a decent .net developer.
