Facebook tool

I want a small tool that once clicked by a logged-in facebook user, loads an app, selects the 'settings' menu for that app, and selects a newsfeed setting. Please quote time, indicate how you propose to do it so that I can assess your credibility, and indicate a fixed price. (You will need to overcome encryption on the 'Settings' link etc. It must work for users on Windows, and on IE.) I will test the object code, and will pay you for the source once I am satisfied it works. Ideally, c# should be used to code the project, but I am open to offers. There is more work for anyone completing this task.
