C# BitTorrent Client

I need a programmer in c# who have already done P2P projects or work with the .NET framework's socket class. I need a Torrent client in C# 2005. This window application is a Forms + a Listview with these Column:filename;size;%download;%upload;timeleft;Seed/Peer;Healt; The project can be started with the azureus (Java - sourceforge)[login to view URL] This application must run in background, be visible in the taskbar and start downloading the .torrent file automatically. (Like any BitTorrent client). Thank you.
