I have 4 years exp as a sap basis consultant in jabil pvt ltd. I can able to do installaton, upgrades, intigretion and configuration for latest sap products like sap s/4 hana, BW/ hana, Netweaver 7.5, and solution manager. I did also supporting activities with tickets by service- now tool. Sap hana administration activities, raise a oss tickets to sap and communicate with sap persons. Analysing system down situation to perform root cause analysis and attending rca meetings with customers and service co- ordinators, scheduling batch jobs. I have implemented green field project for s/ 4 hana. I will be available 24/7. Thanks
