HR Outsourcing Professional We are in need of assistance with payroll and benefits administration. We are looking for a remote HR person who can handle these functions for our small-sized organization (less than 7 members, most of them are remote working freelancers) We anticipate needing HR assistance for 10-20 hours per week. Ideal skills and experience for this job include: - Proficiency in payroll software and systems - Knowledge of benefits administration and compliance - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll - Ability to effectively communicate with employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries. - Strong communication skill is a must. Job Description: - Follow up with the given tasks of each member in the team, and act immediately with unexpected occations. - Draft any written agreements if needed. - Follow up with their days-off. - Be kind, be nice with our team members. - Respect other people's cultures - Being a mediator in the arguments when needed. - Always available when messaged. - Report daily. - Be able to have a voice call when in need.
