Programmer needed

Worldwide Voluntary organisation is looking for a programmer who can do ASP and/or PERL/CGI to create an Access database for a FORUM page, an AUCTION page including credit card processing and user accounts for Microsoft Access. If you have software for flash this would be advantageous. We are an non-profit-making NGO with limited means. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to show what he or she can do and get worldwide credit and a link on the website. The website will be promoted throughout the world and be seen by millions including Institutions, major Corporations and Governments. It will be firstclass exposure and free publicity for the programmer who must be bona fide and willing to work in conjunction with our web designer. Please provide references.
