67721 Auction Script Programming

I need a auction script programmer for several items on [login to view URL] auction site: 1. Complete a re-write/design of my current auction site. The previous programmer became too busy, and left the project partially complete. I have everything that he has done. The original code was poorly written, so my previous programmer was re-writing all the code and fixing any bugs. 2. Do script modifications, enhancements, and feature additions to the auction site as needed. I currently need several modifications, including adding a Paypal checkout option, a better category selection process, A membership based fee option for powersellers. Ability to store credit card on user's file for verification, and to be used for automated billing of fees. Better handling of being able to tell if closed auctions were re-listed. When selling an item, a dropdown selector for selecting which type of listing, Dutch, Standard, or Fixed Price auctions. This would be an ongoing thing, as the site grows and needs changes.
