199213 Need eCard WYSIWYG Help

I want to be able to run a perl script with WYSIWYG text editing that allows the user to choose bold, font, color, image insertion, etc. 'on-the-fly', so they can see what it looks like as they apply those formatting options before clicking to continue to the next page, where all the variables they have chosen for the text are carried forward where they can enter who it's going to. The script needs to be in perl. I need to be able to edit the WYSIWYG script for future changes and the script needs to be able to upload a pic from a user's pc or MAC by using the path to it (I will upload their image on the next page - the WYSIWYG text editing should point to it via the path to it on their pc or MAC so they can see what it looks like first). I don't/want anyone to upload anything to me. You will simply write the code and send it to me and I will upload it to my server after reviewing on yours that it works.
