very simple program required - low budget

Simple program required I am looking for a program that will perform a basic funtion. 1. Upon installation, copy an .xml file to a folder. 2. After 7 days, the program deletes the .xml file and uninstalls itself…..but stop someone re-installing again. I imagine this working by installing a small hidden file somewhere……if the program detects this file is already on the pc, it will stop the person from installing again. The point of this program is to let someone have a 7-day trial of this .xml file…..but only one trial. If you have any questions, please contact me. must be xp/vist/7 compatible
