Checking eBest Selling Stories in Windows Store / Google Store and Apple Store.. same ways, I can give you few apps which works on all these platforms and uses Sencha touch. I can do this job. Also, I assume that your code is done, only I have to make it compatible to work on Windows. If you are using any Cordova Plugins (3rd party) - Cost will be extra
