Large Crew Construction Site Photoshoot

We are looking for a proficient photographer to capture both professional and candid group photos of our construction crew of approximately 20 individuals on Wednesday, May 1 in Nashville, TN. These photographs will help us celebrate National Skilled Trades Day on social media that day (so at least one group photo will be needed same-day), and we'll use selections from the larger group of photos later on our website and internal newsletter. What we need: - Skilled in capturing large-group images - Ability to deliver strong professional aesthetic - Capacity to provide quick turnaround with final image edits Ideal candidate: - Has previous experience in industrial or construction site photography - Excellent at organizing large groups for picture perfect shots - Can work flexibly in terms of weather conditions, backgrounds and lighting. Here is what we sent to the construction crews in advance of the lunch and photo session: What we are looking for in pictures: *All crew to be in The Tradesmen Group apparel including shirts, hats and/or vests. *Pictures of the whole crew, smaller groups, and group selfies. Have FUN while showing off the amazing TRADES workers for The TRADESmen Group on National Skilled TRADES Day! *Well framed photos with good lighting with a good background or back drop. *Try to get everyone smiling. Smiles are always better! *Please see if someone outside of TTG will take some pictures so that everyone can be in the pictures. *Please take pictures both with and without hats. *Please take some pictures while everyone is enjoying lunch together also. Some things to note for next Wednesday. All crew ready for pictures @ 11:30 AM. Lunch will be at Noon.
