Photos of homes for rental site

I am an experienced interior property photographer, (and, as it happens, I also undertake virtual tours for Google and private clients, although they are excluded from this bid.) I was shooting a property for AirBNB only on Wednesday in Hastings. For quality I shoot in HDR using a Canon professional camera and (normally) a 10mm lens on a tripod, running the HDR merge in the computer overnight. My amended bid is based on two properties in a single trip @ £60 per property excluding travel costs which will be invoiced and billed separately, with parking on top if not available free, and therefore chargeable. Fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity, the highest rated European photographer on this site, and one of a very few photographers worldwide on this site awarded Preferred Freelancer status. I will assess each building and discuss with the client the stand out features and benefits of each property so that we can craft images that maximise the visual potential of each location.
