My Client has a certificate that has been scanned. Being scanned it is grained when you zoom down to the letters. I need someone who can edit the date the exam was taken. Must be the same font (we do not know the font the exam uses). Must be able to make it look authentic afterwards, aka you open a pic editor and zoom down and see the letters grained up, or if you print it it looks correct. Pic will be provided upon request or someone who wins the bid. Payment WILL NOT BE SENT until we examine the photo to make sure his boss can't detect it is a fake.
