The signs will be promoting our information for COPING Bereavement Support Groups, which helps bereaved people with resources for grief support. Coping for kids is a program designed specifically for children who are experiencing a loss through death of someone they love It has been said that children are often the forgotten mourners Many children if not given the opportunity to mourn may carry their grief into their adult lives subsequently experiencing the results of internalizing their grief . Without help and support the impact? ? may? influence? a child’s entire life. Coping? provides ? group support for children between the ages of 4 ??" 12 years old A fourth sign should also have: ? Coping offers a unique opportunity for children that have experienced a loss in their lives to attend the Coping Adventure Camp. The camp offers outdoor adventures to help children find ways to express? emotions that many times without support are internalized. Campers sleep in authentic covered wagons , enjoy great food and meet others that have also experienced grief in their lives.? Funds raised from the proceeds of the Corvette Raffle provide sponsorship for children and families that otherwise could not afford a camp experience ? Thank-you for your support
