Music subscription

I am looking to have a website develop that will allow for independent artist to upload there own music for a subscription base website were the consumer subscribes to the artist. 1. Website needs to have a very clean look and give the consumer a simple experience 2. The consumer should be able to come into the website and set up a account and began subscribe to individual artist and begin to enjoy content from the artist they have subscribe to. 3. Most sites that operate a subscription base service give the consumer all the content available on the website, the website I need built will only give content to the consumer as they subscribe to the artist. 4. Consumer are going to need to stream music and download music 7. Artist need a back door to upload all content 8. I will also need a administrator to control the website
