Social Bookmarking Exchange - Serious Bidder only!!

Social Bookmarking Exchange, like a traffic exchange but for social bookmarking. This will work on sites like digg, and needs some interesting coding. Also would like it if you can design the site too, if not, i can get it done and you integrate it. I would like it done using the Butterfly Marketing Script. (BFM) I can give you the script, and you can then code the exchange into it. If you have used BFM before that is preferable, so please mention that in your reply.
