WordPress Programmer

I am looking for a developer who knows WordPress inside and out. You must know all the hooks and filters, and know how to use them properly. You must also know how to build functionality using the theme and creating new plugins with highly secure code that do not leave the website open to malicious attacks. You must also know how to manipulate the wp-admin area to customize its functionality while making sure it remains aesthetically WordPress... so no options frameworks. You need to know how to utilize the user interface elements that WordPress already provides to create engaging and interactive custom functionality to enable the administrator to do their job. In your application, send me the link to ONE website you have created, that you still have access to the wp-admin. I want to see what you are capable of doing with the Wordpress administrative area. Do not send me links to websites, because the appearance of the front-end has no relevance in this project. Your strengths must be in PHP, mySQL, WP codex, and AJAX, in addition to the HTML, jQuery and CSS of WP. This is an ongoing project where I will be requesting certain functionality, we will agree on the price and then I will create a milestone for the same. When you are done, I will release the milestone, and we will being the process of the next requirement. We will continue in this cycle until the entire project is completed. The first requirement is to review the current progress of the development and check for any issues. For this the milestone is $30, so your milestone must be $30 or I will know that you did not take the time to read this project description. Once that is complete we will discuss your first task and agree on the compensation for that amount so that I can create a milestone.
