121890 Email Bounce Remove Script

We want someone who is familiar with handling bounced emails and knows how to set flags to determine which emails are fatal bounces and which are temporary. We have nothing catching the bounces right now so we need this done from scratch. We need a script written to update a field value in our mysql table. Those will have a predetermined number of bounces before they are triggered for removal. When an email bounces it comes back with many different messages. We are looking for a program to identify the message and determine whether to attempt to email again or to stop all together. It will then change a field value in the record for that email address. 1) Change value to Fatal Bounce and unsubcribe. OR 2) If not fatal then add 1 to bounce field and when bounce field reaches 5 it will unsubcribe that email address and change value to Bounce.
