55150 Need a Database to Static Site

All pages are static, but also has database, in which my client can edit, add and delete info through admin area, but also it generates corresponding static pages, which are shows to site visitor. Longer and more complex than all others. He needs to be able to create main category, sub category and input articles in those areas. Need to be able to easily edit add delete etc. rename pages directories keywords. More info in PMB
