70682 Script to upload pictures

We have som epicture sites that we would like to start and what we need is a nice script that will allow users to upload JPG PNG and GIF files to our site. Once uploaded it needs to make 3 files on server: original, thumbnaill and a smaller 300x300 sized one. Also need to have the following happen on homepage.... 3 sections with 4 pictures pulled from DB. The main categories for the three sections are top downloaded, most recent and top rated. Each category will have 4 pictures pulled from db showing the thumbnail and person who uploaded and date. When they click on it... it will show the 300x300 pic and a link to download the full size (third) picture... Also would like a nice little admin panel to admin it..
