Convert existing HTML website to ASP(repost)

I need to get my existing website [a download center] converted to ASP. It needs to be like [login to view URL] type of download centers. - The graphics will be provided. - presently have over 1300 products for listing out of which only 200 are listed. - Database needs to be in MS SQL server 2000. - Front end will be in plain ASP (Active Server Pages) - Paypal, and 2 more Payment Gateways integration required for promotion plans to choose from when the publishers submit their products. They need to pay to complete the submission process. - Need to be completed in 10 Days. I am open to honest and purposeful suggestions. Mind boggling bids will be avoided and will not be responded to. Be sensible while bidding. Other conditions, after choosing the coder. ## Deliverables 1) Need SQL Server Database. 2) All pages turned into ASP. 3) Coder must show LIVE working of the site he will design. 4) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 5) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 6) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
