epos system basic

Hi Guys, I run a small ebay store and basically I want a system so that I can track everything. I.e. I want a system that lets me add stock to it and sizes and colours of each item and the quantity that I hold and the supplier that supplied it. I want to be able to record a sale which can be at any price the postage paid and the customer that the item was sold to. I want to be able to store the customers details particualrly email addresses so that I can email them at a later date as a news letter. At the end of the day or week I want to be able to produce a list of the items i currently have in stock, the items that have sold, and profit that has been made, and how many of each item have been sold. I also want the system to be able to print a receipt so that I can send it to my customers. IT should have their addresses on it which it will take from the database that you create to store the details in, and my address. I should be able to change the wording when I please. But it should be like a template and the key factors of price, etc. always there. IT should have the ability to store many customers and many transactions, etc. When it prints an invoice it should be able to put more than one purchase on an invoice. Lastly, I also want to be able to print the address of the cusomer onto a stick label via my printer. You will need to investigate the ability to do this i.e. all the settings and tell me what the are. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I want the above either as a web application or to sit on a standalone pc. I prefer it to sit on my web server so that I can access it from anywhere in the world. Please lte me know what platform you are going ot do it on before commencing.
