Site Function/Profile: Website is for unsigned artists to sell and promote music and merchandise. The site has a hip hop culture feel to it but is for all artists out there who sell music from the their "car" or "home", we love all music and welcome all genres. Artists are able to sign up for three pricing tiers and can sell digital downloads for .99, full albums for whatever price they choose to set, merchandise upon approval, as well as ringtones/wallpapers and providing free downloads if they choose. Members are all free and Artists can have a basic free account or two premium account choices. The layout of the site is envisioned as follows: Home- Is the landing page where all functions are: login/log out, sign up, new artist this week, new video, news, etc., should show prominently what the site is about. Block- This is where viewers can see different genres, artists, etc., kind of like a street where you would ask directions or see someone you know and want to talk to…..full version of stories teased on landing page, rate artists, more logical interactive features…etc. Studio- Is like from inside (once logged in) members or artists do their admin work and toggle between there and the ("Trunk") to see their items listed for sale as well as action buttons to initiate click thru's….. updates on public side profile can be viewed . From the outside this area would just have the studio header with action verbiage, more featured artists/news, benefits to membership and a prominent "sign up area", sample music on a player, etc. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform "Windows XP", "in all 6.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and 2.0+ versions of Firefox", "Linux" supports all browsers....
