Need Professionals Web Designers

I need a group of professional web designers that could work form me permanently. successful candidates must posses AT LEAST 7 years of experience in HTML,CSS,Flash,Photoshop,ASP,PHP,XML,E-commerce ecc.. please do not bid if you don't have 7 years of experience in the above. i also would like to point out that we do not tolerate templates of any kind. all work must be unique and built from scratch. i will give some examples of Flash and Static sites similar to what we are going to work on.
