One page website with potential for expanding it later on.

I am looking for a single home page to be built for my website www.thadd.com. I want it to have the following items in order of importance, with the most emphasis on the search engines. I would like one space allocated for a rotating banner in the most popular banner size used on most websites. I need a simple way to add and remove the banners that will be in the rotation. I want to be able to have one banner, or multiple banners that rotate in order. I want to be able to easily add and delete the banner image and the URL code related to the banner if it generates income, or add the URL information that places the banner there if it is hosted on another site banner affiliate. I also want to be able to add code to the search engine search boxes for AdSense or similar programs offered by the other search engines. If you want to set up the search boxes with the code in place, just put zeros in for the time being where I would put my unique code later on for that program. Same for Ebay, Amazon and any other items I have listed as a search box and not as just a link. I will NOT need to be able to add or delete search boxes, I only want to be able to change or add my affiliate ID if I have one, or leave zeros if I don’t. Any changes to search boxes I will have the winning provider do the work for me as a future project or prearranged fee if you want to set up some kind of maintenance rate schedule. I want to easily be able to add and remove links under the different areas if I want to. I want to be able to add the text for the link that the user will see, and add any URL code associated with that link if there is an affiliate program associated with that particular web site. For instance, if under the Credit Card area, I want a link for Discover Card, I want to be able to easily add the text “Discover Card”, and be able to add URL code that will generate a click for me if I am set up with Discover Card as an affiliate. If I am not set up as an affiliate for that website, I will simply put the URL for the website. For instance, if I want to add Radio Shack to the shopping area but am not set up as a Radio Shack affiliate, I want it so I can add Radio Shack as the text the users will see, and I can put [login to view URL] as the URL path that the click will take the user to. I would like the layout to be simple, yet nice and attractive. The following is the webpage content I want to start with and the order of importance. Top header area – I want it to have starting on the left side and working over to the right as follows. [login to view URL] search portal - Current time and date - Weather feed with location able to be set by user and saved. Clickable linked to [login to view URL] as well. Stock market feed showing DOW, NASDAQ and maybe some finacial ticker information. I'd like the user to be able to enter a stock symbol and get the current stock price for it. I want this to also link to the Wall Street Journal where the user can check all the latest financial news and stocks if they would like. Precious metals feed and clickable linked to a related site. Whatever is most popular. I think Kitco or something like that is the leader in that industry. Make this page your homepage link. Save to favorite’s link. I want the time and date able to be set to the user’s time zone and saved that way. Search engine area. This will be the most prominent area and start directly under the header. The rotating banner can be in this area too, maybe on the right hand side away from the search boxes. I am not very creative and would like to see some samples of themes you could use for the site. Give me something to look at. Show me some ideas on what you can do. Please don’t bid and just say “I can do this”. I will pick the provider who sells themselves and gives me ideas on what they can do for me and to show me that they read my requirements and understand my needs. This project will lead to further work for the chosen provider, as I plan to add a logo and expand the site in many other ways in the future.
