PayPal eCommerce Website

I need an eCommerce website that uses PayPal as the ONLY payment option. I need a user-friendly layout and a safe shopping enviroment. Also, was website security for the sensitive information that will be contained in the databases(safe from email and spam programs that rape sites of email addresses) ## Deliverables I want my site to be similar [login to view URL] I have an inventory of about 2600 items. I have jpeg and gif photos for all the items I will be selling. The All the information about these items is on an excel spreadsheet. I need the database to be created from the spreadsheet. The issue with this is that I need to be able to update the database often.I would like a control panel that would allow me to change items on a daily or weekly basis. I need a way of showing whether an item is availible and if it is not available then it would show a date of when it will become availible. I need customers to be able to track their shipments on my site. This requires another database(maybe?) for their accounts. The information for this should be obtained at checkout. UPS is the primary shipping method and USPS is used for PO Box addresses. I also want cookies enable to be able to recognize returning shoppers and welcome them [login to view URL] would default to "visitor" if they have not registered or purchased before. I want the home page to feature randomly selected items. I need to display "Retail Price and Our Price" with all the items to show the customers how much they are saving by shopping with us. I if you look at google gear you will see two products at the top of the page. I need some sort of control panel set up so I can configure those items on a weekly basis as the Weekly Special. Shopping Cart: I want a regular shopping cart but I exclusively use PayPal. If you are a member of the PayPal Developer Network(or know a lot about it) then this is even better for you. I may be in the position for a merchant account at a later date. The programmer who gets this job will automatically get that job also :-) The big difference between my site and googlegear is that I want better looking graphics...especially the navigation menu.
