MS SQL QRY over 3 Tables

Hi, i need a sql qry wich qry over 3 tables. Thing is, this should be a website abaout cocktails. So i have about 50 checkboxes with different kinds of ingredients (e.g. Rum, Vodka etc) So the user can click what they like to use for there Cocktails. So now if the user Checks Rum, Cola and lemon the qry will return "yeah so you got Rum, Cola and lemon . Try a Cuba libre" Because it contains exactly Rum, Cola and lemon. Now the user selects Rum and Cola - The script WONT return cuba libre, because you need also lemon for that. Now the user selects Rum, Vodka, Cola, lemon - The script WILL return cuba libre, because you can do it with the selected ingedients. I will add a .sql file with Database and a Screenshot form ServerBrowser (So you can look at it bevor using the .sql) It has to be done in C# 2005 (.net 2.0) and MS SQL 2005 Thanks a lot Martin
