Uploading Files Via FTP Client

Hello, I am using a flash based template site ([login to view URL]) We have 3 small 'coding' jobs. 1. Upload 20 images and corresponding pdf's into the press kit section via FTP Client 2. Convert file type & upload 3 videos via FTP Client (as they exceed 50 mb- they are 61 mb) or embed the videos from you tube if possible. I am not sure of flexibility on template site. 3. Upload 2 partner logos onto the sponsor page of the website Additional Details for above: 1 explained: There is a press kit section that will ultimately look like this one: [login to view URL] BigFolio has done the coding to make the 'infrastructure' on the site, now we need the actual files uploaded into the press kit. The actual files include: 9 media covers with corresponding pdf's so when you click the cover it goes to its associated story About 10 images that need captions but are not clickable. To simplify this process and if it is easier we can create corresponding pdf's for each of the images (with the caption) so that it is similar to the media covers. So basically you would be loading 20 images into the ftp. 2 Explained - Additionally, for another page on the site that holds videos we need to load the videos. I have 2 of the original file types in wmv form (perhaps other formats as well). I can send links via you send it. Alternatively, 2 of the 3 videos are on you tube so if we could embed the coding that is fine also. And the 3rd video is not as critical. 3. I have 2 high res logos from partners/sponsors. We need to upload the logos on the partners page. The work would need to be completed by Saturday Feb 13th (as long as the work is completed sometime by the evening that would be fine). For a knowledgeable coder I don't imagine that this would take more than a few hours. Thank you for bidding.
