Drupal issue contact form + attach. with email + performance

I need some help to fix some minor issues I make use of views and and a contact form (email module) is integrated in the view on every Ad. The issue is when people submit the contact form, it is send to wrong person Second, I need visitors can upload their image with the contact form as attachment (email module) Third, Performance check if we can speed-up thanks
