516987 Easy html script needed

I'd only like to spend like $10 on this cause it should be simple. I need a script that I can replace with the images to show clients thier mock up pages. I know you take a page and take a 1 pixel image of it and it stretches ..... SO In this code I need to be able to take the homepage design and in the code give it the path and the deminsions and it will already be coded to be centered. Then I will need included in the code the 1pixel image that will be the stretched part. Reason for this is I want it to look like a site and centered in their browser. I had a code like this years ago but lost it :( This code needs to be easy to produce since I'll be doing it for all my sites, my last code it was on in the html file so no css was needed. whatever is i need it working.
