PHP Website Internet Explorer Issue

I'm looking for some urgent help with my homepage browser compatibility issue, if you look at [login to view URL] in Firefox and Google chrome its not to bad, the boxes on the right could do with coming down slightly as they are a bit high up, as the boxes at the bottom should line up ideally. However in Internet Explorer the "The 14 Day Challenge" box is going into the above "who do you think you are" box and doesn't look very good. This only happens on some versions of Internet Explorer for some reasons but want this fixing asap. Should only take 2-3 hours max I would think, but needs completing within 24 hours (max) Please place your bid, lowest bids have higher chance of getting work.
