The task is to write a program in C# or Delphi Object Pascal which will modify a PDF file, changing web addresses to clickable links. A configuration file will specify the list of addresses to change, e.g. 2 to 5 links in a 1-2 page document. The links will be exact match, case sensitive, and the click-through should go to the exact address. e.g. if the document contains [login to view URL] then you would make the click-through go to exactly that location. == See attachment for sample PDF to convert. [login to view URL] configuration file could contain: [links] 1=[login to view URL] 2=[login to view URL] If you want to use XML format for the configuration file, that is fine. Assume the .conf file will be in the same directory as your EXE. If you can do this job easily, please attach a copy of the converted file (without your code) to your bid as proof that you can do it.
